As a client of our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete project requirements and specifications
Respond promptly to requests for information and approvals
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
50% upfront, 50% upon completion
Monthly billing based on services rendered
All intellectual property rights in work products created specifically for you will be transferred upon full payment. Pre-existing intellectual property and general methodologies remain our property.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business relationships. This obligation continues indefinitely beyond the termination of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination. All outstanding payments remain due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen.
