Personal & Business Information

  • Contact details (Name, email address, phone number, WeChat ID).
  • Company information (Industry, size, target markets).
  • Project specifications, CAD files, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and target pricing data required for quotes and VA/VE analysis.

Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, and device information when accessing our digital platforms.
  • Usage patterns to improve our service delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data primarily to fulfill our contractual obligations and improve your manufacturing outcomes:

  • 01 Service Execution: To analyze manufacturing costs, source suppliers, and manage production cycles.
  • 02 Communication: To provide project updates, shipping status, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • 03 Optimization: To identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain efficiency.

3. Information Sharing

Feiliz operates as your bridge to Chinese manufacturing. We do not sell your data. However, to execute your projects, we must share specific technical data with our vetted network:

Manufacturing Partners: We share necessary drawings and specifications with factories and component suppliers for quoting and production. All partners are bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Logistics Providers: Shipping information is shared with freight forwarders to ensure delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Feiliz and its partners.

4. Intellectual Property & Security

We understand that for SMEs and Startups, IP protection is paramount. We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your proprietary designs and personal data.

While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We recommend using secure channels for transferring sensitive CAD files or trade secrets.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information held by us. You may also object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
