By accessing our website at www.feiliz.com or engaging our engineering and manufacturing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

01. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of this website and our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

02. Services Description

FEILIZ provides PCB/PCBA research, design, and one-stop manufacturing services for home appliance and consumer electronics clients worldwide. Our core service offerings include:

Assembly, Testing & Final Inspection
VA/VE Cost Optimization Engineering
Export Compliance & Logistics Coordination

03. Client Responsibilities

To enable FEILIZ to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely project specifications, drawings, and requirements

Respond promptly to technical clarifications, approval requests, and design feedback

Ensure that all materials, designs, or IP provided to FEILIZ do not infringe third-party rights

Comply with all applicable laws, import/export regulations, and product certification requirements in your jurisdiction

Honor agreed payment schedules as stipulated in project contracts or purchase orders

04. Payment Terms

All payment terms are specified in individual project quotations or service agreements. Standard payment structures are as follows:

// Late payments may result in production hold. FEILIZ reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances.

05. Intellectual Property

Designs, schematics, and work products developed exclusively for a client will be transferred upon receipt of full payment. FEILIZ retains ownership of all pre-existing methodologies, internal processes, standard modules, and tooling know-how developed independently.

06. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality over all technical data, commercial terms, and business information exchanged. This obligation survives indefinitely beyond the termination of any project or service agreement. Mutual NDA execution is available upon request.

07. Quality & Warranty

FEILIZ operates under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified quality management systems. We commit to a defect rate below 1/1,000 units. Warranty claims must be submitted within the period specified in the project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse or unauthorized modification.

08. Limitation of Liability

FEILIZ's total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

09. Termination

Either party may terminate an active project with 30 days written notice. Costs incurred and work completed prior to termination remain billable. FEILIZ reserves the right to immediately suspend services in the event of non-payment or material breach.

Content on www.feiliz.com is provided for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent from FEILIZ. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

12. Amendments

FEILIZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
